Need Help Logging In?
If you need help logging into Helpdesk, you've come to the right place. Read the following bullet points below. If your question is still not answered, feel free to Contact an RCC to assist you in logging in to Helpdesk.
- To login to Helpdesk, use the same ID and password that you use to login to computers at your Academic Services Center; it is NOT the same combination that you use for CalNet.
- For students living in the residence halls, your ResComp ID is your Student ID.
- University Village residents have a different ResComp ID. If you live in UVA, your ID is "130" followed by your housing contract number.
- Clark Kerr Faculty need to also enter in "130" followed by a six digit housing contract number.
- If you do not have a ResComp ID or if you never created one, or if you still need help logging in, you can visit your Academic Services Center for assistance.
- If you've forgotten your password, you can go to your nearest Academic Services Center or call the ResComp Helpdesk at 2-HELP.
