RCC Office Hours

Your friendly RCCs hold Office Hours in the Academic Services Centers just like how your professors hold office hours on campus. You can bring your laptop in to your Academic Services Center during Residential Computing Consultant (RCC) office hours for an impromptu appointment. If you have a desktop and would like an RCC appointment, please schedule an in-room RCC appointment.

What are RCC Office Hours?

If you have any questions for an RCC, you can drop by during office hours without an appointment for answers to your computing questions. All RCC office hours are held at the unit's Academic Services Center. At RCC office hours, your RCC can help you troubleshoot your laptop or schedule a time for an in-room appointment to help you with your desktop or personal network. While office hours are convenient, we understand that it might be easier for you to contact an RCC over the web or to schedule an appointment online.
